Return Policies

We hope that upon receiving your garment, you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes the measurements of the garments may vary, which is why we offer a one-time exchange. We invite you to contact us via email, indicating the reasons why you wish to make the exchange, and we will respond to you as soon as possible

Points to Consider: 

• We do not offer Refunds.

• We offer a maximum of 15 days to request an exchange.

• Please consider that each piece is unique, which is why when requesting an exchange, the color or some details of the embroidery may vary.

• The merchandise must be in its original and unused condition. 

• The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs for any exchanges.

• When contacting us, we Weill provide you with a return address.

• Items such as jewelry, bags, and hair accessories are considered final sales; refunds or exchanges do not apply.
